April 17, 2009
This coming Sunday, April 19, 2009, Oath Keepers will hold their first annual Rally on the Green on Lexington Green in Massachusetts. Active-duty military and law enforcement will fly to Lexington Green from all over the country to either renew their oaths to the uphold the Constitution of the united States of America, or they will take their oaths for the very first time.
The day’s activities will begin at 10:00 a.m. with a trip to Concord Bridge where Oath Keepers will have a silent gathering to pay their respects to the patriots who have gone before and then move on to Lexington Green for the main event at 12:00 p.m. Speakers for the rally include: Dr. Edwin Vieira (founder of Committees of Safety), Walter Reddy, Stewart Rhodes (founder of Oath Keepers), Lt. Commander Cunningham (author of the infamous Twentynine Palms Survey), SEAL Captain Larry Bailey, active-duty Lieutenant Commander David Gillie (Naval Intelligence) and Sheriff Richard Mack.
The Rally on the Green will culminate with the Constitutional oath-keeping ceremony as well as an affirming of the orders that Oath Keepers will not obey:
- We will NOT obey orders to disarm the American people.
- We will NOT obey orders to conduct warrantless searches of the American people.
- We will NOT obey orders to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to military tribunals.
- We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state.
- We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty.
- We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps.
- We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.
- We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control.”
- We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies.
- We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.
After the rally, Oath Keepers will gather for an outdoor party on the grounds of a nearby bed-and-breakfast where impromptu speeches, testimonies and interviews will be given by rally participants. At midnight, there will be an official reenactment of Paul Revere’s ride and, at dawn the next morning, there will be a reenactment of the battle of Lexington.

With over 2,000 hours of broadcasts, including mainstream media, exclusive interviews, and other journalists and researchers, Core of Corruption unveils the people behind 9/11, destroys the official story, and reveals the connections not only to 9/11 but to past events and the news of today.
In the Shadows, the first of five documentaries, focuses on 9/11. From the FBI informants housing two of the hijackers, to current Vice President Joe Biden meeting with head of Pakistani ISI on 9/11, the war games being run that day, the obstruction of Able Danger that almost successfully stopped the Al Qaeda cell in early 2000, to the recordings of Building 7′s blasts prior to its collapse and the news casts that say the building already fell when it was still standing…this documentary has it all.
Produced by Jonathan Ellinoff of We Are Change Colorado, the film is jam packed with information with the video to back it up. The documentaries seek to be the video/visual companion of Paul Thompson’s Terror Timeline which details print media pertaining to 9/11–the events lead up to and following the attacks. Hard hitting and straight forward, the documentary states the facts clearly, and with news broadcasts to shatter the official story.
The trailer for In the Shadows is embedded below. The full film is available to view for FREE on Google Video here: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=4874421830690006054. DVD copies can be purchased at CoreOfCorruption.com. With all the great information and slick graphics, the DVD will be well worth purchasing.

An Editorial by C Jones
The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution reads:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons of things to be seized.
And, re-read that.
Now, let’s move on to the Associated Press article from 1/15/2009 titled “Court says evidence is valid despite police error” (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090114/ap_on_go_su_co/scotus_evidence).
- WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court said Wednesday that evidence obtained after illegal searches or arrests based on simple police mistakes may be used to prosecute criminal defendants.
The justices split 5-4 along ideological lines to apply new limits to the court’s so-called exclusionary rule, which generally requires evidence to be suppressed if it results from a violation of a suspect’s Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable searches or seizure.
The conservative majority acknowledged that the arrest of Bennie Dean Herring of Alabama — based on the mistaken belief that there was a warrant for his arrest — violated his constitutional rights, yet upheld his conviction on federal drug and gun charges.
Coffee County, Ala., sheriff’s deputies found amphetamines in Herring’s pockets and an unloaded gun in his truck when they conducted a search following his arrest. It turned out that the warrant from neighboring Dale County had been recalled five months earlier, but the county sheriff’s computers had not been updated.
Chief Justice John Roberts, writing for the court, said the evidence may be used “when police mistakes are the result of negligence such as that described here, rather than systemic error or reckless disregard of constitutional requirements.”
Justices Samuel Alito, Anthony Kennedy, Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas sided with Roberts.
In a dissent for the other four justices, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said the ruling “leaves Herring, and others like him, with no remedy for violations of their constitutional rights.”
In short, it’s okay for the police to keep that warrant on you that’s been recalled before and use it as an excuse to search you. Even though the warrant is not valid, and would have been their probable cause for a search, they can just search you anyway. Moreover, they are relying on a database that is NOT ACCURATE. So what if someone misspells the name of the person of the criminal in the database and ends up with YOUR NAME? What if the social security number is wrong and it’s YOU instead? What if the license plate number is yours instead? I mean, YOU may be a law abiding citizen, but their database says you’re not a law-abiding citizen so your Fourth Amendment NO LONGER APPLIES.
If having an inaccurate database is okay, and using that inaccurate database to justify your searches and seizures is okay, what’s going to keep the police from making sure that the database is inaccurate so that all of their searches and seizures are justified?
Planned stupidity seems to be the new ultimate liability cover and the end of your civil liberties.
